Job Title: Mortgage Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- The Mortgage Officer will be required to respond to customer inquiries and referral conduct interviews with prospective borrowers in order to analyze financial and credit data, determine customer financing objectives, advice customers of product/pricing policies and guidelines, and gather any additional required information.
- Input proper loan information into the system for processing.
- The Mortgage Officer must have knowledge of lending programs, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- A good first degree from a reputable University/Polytechnic, 3-5 years of related experience, Professional qualification(s) will be an added advantage.
