Westhill Facilities Managers is a facility management company tasked in offering 24 Hours maintenance and repair services for office spaces.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Facility Manager
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Involved in both strategic planning and day-to-day operations, particularly in relation to the client’s buildings and premises.
- Responsible for building and grounds maintenance; including space management.
- Plan and manage facility central services such as reception, security, janitorial services, catering, waste disposal and parking.
- Oversee the maintenance and installation of all electrical and plumbing fittings.
- Liaise with all relevant regulatory bodies and utility providers to ensure business activities in the facilities is running effectively.
- Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and dealing with the consequences
Requirements
- B.Sc in Estate Management, Building Technology, Urban and Regional Planning, Quantity Survey, and other related courses.
- 0 - 1 year experience.
- Excellent leadership/supervisory skill.
- Proficient in the use Microsoft Office packages especially MS Excel and MS Word.
- Analytical /Problem solving Skills.
- Great organization and coordination ability.
- Team work and interpersonal skills.
- Good oral, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently.
- Effective time management skills.
Salary
N90,000 - N100,000 monthly
