J-Six Group is a reputable company with subsidiaries in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), Agriculture, Trading and Logistics.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Location: Ijora, Lekki Phase 1 and Abijo - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy
• Training staff to follow restaurant procedures
• Maintaining safety and food quality standards
• Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines
• Promoting and marketing the business to increase financial targets
• Overseeing stock levels and handling requisition,
• Organizing schedules and producing staff rotas
• Keeping customers happy and handling enquiries and complaints
• Keeping track of employees' hours, shortages and excesses
• Ensuring supplies stay within budget limitations

Requirements

• A Tertiary Degree
• At least 2 years pior experience in a leadership role in a fast food restaurant
• Ability to give direction and delegate
• Financial literacy
• Availability to work a flexible schedule
• Some marketing background or experience is an added advantage
