We currently provide students between the grades of 1 and 12 with access to high-quality, curriculum-relevant, animated video lessons. At the moment, our uLesson App has been downloaded over 2 million times and we’ve been featured by credible media houses like CNN, Venturebum, Techcrunch, Quartz and Business insider. Our product is aimed at delivering better learning outcomes for students across Africa, as well as improving their performance in national and international examinations.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Technical Aftersales Assistant

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • We’re looking for a Technical Aftersales Assistant who will supervise the dispatching and storage of all uLesson merchandise in the warehouse.
  • He/she would oversee receipt, storage, dispatch, record management, and product presentation.
  • The Technical Aftersales Assistant will oversee aftersales services including repairs and replacements, by warranty and policy provisions.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Implement all quality control processes and assist the Technical Aftersales Executive.
  • Ensure outbound merchandise is properly labelled and packaged in line with Company standards and specifications.
  • Execute quality control policies and standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain uLesson’s high service levels and excellent reputation in the marketplace.
  • Conduct in-house audits of product inventory and documentation.
  • Investigate, Identify, and report any process and product defects.
  • Evaluate and resolve customer complaints.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.
  • Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.
  • Process all after-sales claims.
  • Develop strategies for process efficiency and delivery of high-quality company merchandise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field.
  • Proficient knowledge of inventory management and quality assurance procedures.
  • Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar role.
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
  • Proficient problem-solving and computer skills.
  • Available to work extended hours.
