Job Title: Plant HR Manager
Location: Lagos State
Job Descriptions
- Counsel plant management employees on manpower utilization, turnover control, compensation, performance evaluation and other personnel matters.
- Supervise safety program and recommends corrective action.
- Co-ordinate training programs for hourly and salaried personnel.
- Overtime is required to meet internal and external customer requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or Business Management (extensive work experience may be considered in lieu of education).
- 6-10 years related HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
- PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification a plus.
- Outstanding professional demeanor, excellent oral and written communication skills, and a sound foundation in all facets of HR.
- Project management skills.
