We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Marketing & Sales Coordinator and Executive Assistant

Location:
Lagos State

Job Descriptions
  • Manage marketing collateral and image library and assess needs.
  • Design and layout of advertisements and marketing documents as needed.
  • Design and manage marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate Telemarketing efforts.
  • Coordinate internal meetings, sales team events and team training sessions.
  • Drive overall marketing initiative.
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar degree required
  • 5-10 years practical experience in Marketing and executive support
  • Strong knowledge of all MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong knowledge of social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and its uses, to enhance business image
  • Knowledge of programs such as Adobe illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign
  • Event planning experience a plus.
