Job Title: Senior Director, Product Marketing
Location: Lagos State
Job Descriptions
- Manage, mentor, and hire a team of Product Marketing Managers from Associate to Director level.
- Lead a team that itself leads a cross functional go to market for our products.
- Drive a process to understand market needs and paint a day in the life of our target customer to our product management and engineering teams.
- Contribute to product roadmap and release definition.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's required. MBA nice to have.
- Experience with another digital media platform preferred.
- 8+ years of experience, ideally 5+ in digital media.
- Proven track record of success.
- Strong management, mentoring, and leadership ability.
- Demonstrated ability to hire and build a team.
