Job Title: Senior Human Resources Generalist
Location: Lagos State.
Job Descriptions
- Lead the facility's Talent Acquisition functions for non-exempt job levels.
- Serve as a liaison with and temporary staffing agencies.
- Manage the facility's training and development programs.
- Develop and coordinate the facility's training and development programs.
Job Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Business, Human Resources, Industrial/Labor Relations or a related field from an accredited school.
- Manufacturing HR Generalist experience in a union facility
- Professional in Human Resources certification (PHR or SPHR)
