Job Description
- Meet with Customers to work out overdue accounts with payment options
- Initiate demands and meet all defaulting customers and review credit files for proper monitoring
- Follow up on all debtor accounts assigned to ensure recoveries
- Monitoring and Recovering expired loans
- Daily call memo and progress report on negotiations with debtors
- Negotiation/meeting with customers who want loan work out options
- Regularly updating customers accounts and liaise with marketing department
- Working with bank lawyers, initiate legal actions against customers that refused to pay
- Monitor account to maintain loans obligations are current
- Produce a recovery report for the management of the bank
- Ensure accurate records of debtors of the bank
- Create an atmosphere of trust with the debtors to prevent future problems
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality of the bank
- Organize debtors list according to the magnitude of the debt owned to the bank
