Job Description
- Our client requires the services of a qualified Account Officer (Agric) who will be responsible for generating new businesses for the Bank.
Qualifications
- Candidate should have 2 years experience in similar role in a Digital / Microfinance / Commercial bank with a strong track record in granting Agric loans, preferably from a Fintech.
- Background in Managing Account, and Marketing.
- Communicator and persuasive with the ability to close Agric loan deals in a timely manner.
- A strategic thinker who looks beyond the obvious to solve problems and get results.
- Must be Tech Savvy and digitally exposed
- Strong, Independent and Personal Goal Orientated Individual
- Strong Knowledge of MS Office: Word, Outlook and Excel
- Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
