Job Description

• We are looking for an energetic and capable administrative secretary to assist us with office administration.
• As an Administrative Assistant at Trading Partner, you'll be responsible forprocessing documents, maintaining databases, and liaising with the public.
• You may also be required to manage office supplies.

Responsibilities

• Processing, typing, editing, and formatting reports and documents
• Filing documents, as well as entering data and maintaining databases
• Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
• Liaising with internal departments and communicating with the public
• Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements
• Assisting with copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, note-taking, and travel bookings
• Observing the best business practices and etiquette

Qualifications

• SSCE / GCE or its equivalent
• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Office Admin Assistant
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Advanced proficiency in managing documents, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
