TeamAce Limited - Our client, a leading Construction company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: General Manager (Construction)

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project and staffing requirements
• Supervise the Construction Managers to monitor construction progress, and compliance with building and safety codes.
• Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
• Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND Degree in Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years construction management experience
• Working knowledge of project management
• Excellent people management skill.

Remuneration
Negotiable.
