E.g we can run your mass recruitment for an expansion project or help to design frameworks and policies to support an identified intervention etc.

We are recruiting to fill the below position:

Job Title: Facilities Manager

Job Description
  • Oversee and coordinate the acquisition, rental management, stakeholder liaison (rates and taxes) activities associated with MTNN properties.
  • Ensure the planning, construction and maintenance of the company’s infrastructure and ensure it meets with set standards, regulations and design and used for the purpose for which they were built/designed.
  • Provide financial forecast and budget, terms and conditions, review agreement stipulating extent and scope of responsibilities and costs of providing property to the organisation.
  • Perform quality control inspections to ensure adherence to contract specifications and industry standards.
  • Ensure approvals from the urban and planning authorities and all other relevant documentation are obtained before sign off on the purchase requisition form.
  • Oversee lease and contract administration as well as negotiate new property and new leases transactions.
  • Direct property acquisition/disposal and make sure facilities meet government regulations and necessary environmental, health and security standards.

Requirements
  • Minimum of a first degree in Law, Estate Management or any related course.
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in a real estate firm or in the property department of an organisation.
