We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Programme Implementation Advisor

Location: Lagos, Nigeria 
Job type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Programme Implementation Advisor will be responsible for the management of the X-Academy’s administrative operations.

You would also be responsible for the following:

  • Plan and execute all logistics support required for implementing successful training programmes.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end activities of each training programme.
  • Understand client needs, offer solutions and support, answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions.
  • Anchor training and make regular presentations to participants on X-Academy training related issues.
  • Ensure all training/programme content notes & logistics are available for training – folders, notepads, pens, agenda/curriculum, pull up banners, etc.
  • Collate training feedback and evaluation forms.
  • Develop end of training/programme reports.
  • Maintain an updated database of facilitators.
  • Analyse data on pre- and post-training feedback/survey and prepare learning analytics for inclusion in the development of future training.

Requirements
To successfully deliver these goals, you must have the following relevant experience & qualifications below:

  • HND / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Must have 2-5 years of post – NYSC experience in managing Training functions/events.
  • Membership of a professional body- CIPM, NITAD, PMI, CRM, NASP, CMMP, SMEI, etc. is an advantage.
  • Experience in research, analysis, collection/collation, graphic representation and interpretation of information, presentation of data; developing standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics; interfacing and liaising with top and senior management, employees and other key stakeholders.
  • Technically savvy and experienced with Microsoft Office suite such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, Outlook and Teams.
