Job Title: Frontend Developer (Mid Level)

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Key Purpose of the Job

  • As a Frontend Engineer you would be actively involved in development the company’s products for its mostly offline and first-time smartphone users customer base

Main Responsibilities

  • Liaise with product design and product management team
  • Be involved in user research
  • Build stable and scalable products (Web, Android, Kaios and Ios)
  • Built frontend of Thrive Agric’s web, android,kaios and ios products
  • Determining the structure and design of web pages.
  • Ensuring user experience determines design choices.
  • Developing features to enhance the user experience.
  • Striking a balance between functional and aesthetic design.
  • Ensuring web design is optimized for smartphones.
  • Building reusable code for future use.
  • Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Utilizing a variety of markup languages to write web pages.
  • Maintaining brand consistency throughout the design.

Requirements

  • A relevant Degree in Computer Science, Data Science or related field.
  • 3-5 years’ experience as a a frontend developer
  • Candidate must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:
  • Html, Css, javascript
  • React Js
  • User interface design
  • React Tools: reactjs, redux, flux.
  • Collaboration Tools: Trello, Jira, Notion, Slack, Twist
  • Git
