Job Title: Human Resources Officer
Location: Nigeria
Duties
- General Administration of the company workforce, training and manpower development. Interpretation and implementation of Employee Manual/Conditions of service
- Maintenance of industrial harmony in the company. Maintenance of up-to-date Personnel Records.
- Other Administrative duties that may from time to time be assigned.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Social Sciences, Humanities or Personnel Management/Industrial Relations with a minimum of three (3) Years experience in similar position
Remuneration
- Will be quite attractive and compatible with what obtains in the sector.
