Job Title: Associate Director, Human Resources
Location: Abuja
Job Descriptions
- Under the supervision of the Director, Management Support Services, the position holder will manage employee relations and issues.
- Provide advice regarding compensation and benefits.
- Manage employee recruitment onboarding and retention activities.
- Update and monitor policies and procedures.
- Manage various people-related projects and ensure compliance with Nigerian Labour laws and organization policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills & Ability:
- Advanced Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or Human Resources Management.
- Minimum of eight (8) years progressive experience in Project Administration four (4) of which must be in senior capacity.
- Must have in-depth knowledge of USG or other donor rule and regulations as they pertain to financial and administrative project functions
General Requirements
- The position requires proficiency in the use of Microsoft office suite, computer applications and internet/ Emails.
- Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills are essential.
- Significant amounts of travel may be involved.
- Commitment to and understanding of organization's vision, values and principles including rights-based/gender approaches would be expected.
