Job Title: Regional Operations Manager

Locations: Benin - Edo, Port Harcourt - Rivers & Lagos Island - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• A regional operations manager typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:
• Monitoring supply levels of products and communicating with the company to ensure adequate stock is maintained
• Reviewing reports from coordinators regarding products, customer’s complaints and general sales
• Coaching and monitoring of the entire sales team towards achieving their sales targets
• Communicating with National Operations Manager about products, events, sales challenges, campaigns and sales expectations
• Drive the achievement of team’s KPIs
• Track sales team activities
• Report critical information in real time
• Resolve/escalate all sales issues during visits
• Support sales, promotion and other brand activities in the stores in the region
• Prepare and share concise and explicit weekly and monthly reports of sales activities
• Manage deadlines and all brand promotion activities across team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 5 years cognate experience in managing key accounts e..g ShopRite, JustRite etc
• Merchandising experience
• Reporting and communication skill
• I.T Savvy
• Analytical skill
• Leadership skill.

Salary
N200,000 Monthly.
