First Katalyst Marketing Limited, a leading marketing agency in Nigeria, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: National Operations Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-shelf product availability and visibility in Modern Trade Outlets.
• Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives across sales team
• Enhance brand/shopper connection in-store across the designated Modern Trade outlets
• Adhere to big bet and tactical campaign guidelines. (Ensure that retailers know about, participate, and deploy all in-store elements in order to achieve set campaign objectives).
• Ensure continuous improvement in Brand visibility of company’s products across the stores- right share of shelf, shelf placement etc.
• Drive increased awareness in the outlets during and after project execution.
• Share report and competition insights/activities with the management team periodically.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in Marketing or any other related field
• Minimum of 5 years cognate experience in managing key accounts e.g ShopRite, JustRite etc
• Merchandising experience
• Reporting and communication skill
• I.T Savvy
• Analytical skill
• Leadership skills.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
