L&Z Integrated Farms Nigeria Limited incorporated in Nigeria on November 11, 2008, is located in Kano State, as an integrated dairy producer and processor that produce variant of Yoghurts, Fresh milk, Fura Da Nono, Greek Yoghurts, Satchet Yoghurt and Ice cream. L&Z has established a strong brand in the Nigerian dairy sector; standing out as an indigenous player with good quality dairy products and significant local presence across all six (6) geopolitical zones in Nigeria. The Farm owns a large herd of cows (a cross breed of Frisian and local cows – Sokoto Gudali), which produces an average yield of 7- 8 litres per cow/day in contrast to 0.69 litres per cow/day from the indigenous breed. Similarly, the Company is an indigenous market leader in the production and processing of drinking yoghurt and sources 90% of its raw milk from local pastoralists across the milk collection centres strategically located in Kano State. Finally, our success story is driven by dedicated team under the leadership of our supportive board, and highly talented employees.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for identification, evaluation, appointment and management of distributors.
  • Develop daily route coverage plan (drcp) for the sales representative & distributors salesmen and monitors them and update them on a pe0riodic basis.
  • Prepares monthly journey plan (approved by Regional sales manager) & monitors the same.
  • Visits retail outlets books orders, sell & merchandise the outlets.
  • To achieve/exceed the sales target.
  • Opens new outlets & ensures they are duly serviced.
  • Ensures distributor purchases stock as per mutually agreed targets.
  • Encourages distributor to sell across the entire range of products/flavors.
  • Completes sales administration paper work regarding various types of distributor claims on a monthly basis.
  • Reports daily to manager regarding sales & distribution
  • Monitors competition activities & report the same to his superiors.
  • Maintains dsr & prepare periodic sales & distribution data.
  • Maps the retail universe – and tracks his own distribution against the universe.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess an HND or Bachelor's Degree with 1-2 years work experience.
