Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Estate Management, Commerce, Business Administration or related course.
• 4 years’ of experience working with a real estate company
• Understanding of the local real estate market, the current legislation governing property and planning regulations, basic knowledge of property valuation.
• Candidate should possess the ability to lead a team
• Excellent communication skills (Oral and Written)
