Mosra Enerji Limited (MEL) is an indigenous Coal Mining company and has been in Mine Exploration and Mining with over 10 years industry experience.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Laboratory Analyst

Location: Tunde Ramos Coal Mines, Kogi

Responsibilities

• Accurately conduct physical coal sampling and testing analysis of routine samples
• Receipting, recording, sorting and storing coal samples as required
• Operation of analytical and manual preparation equipment
• Compliance with analytical methods, procedures and Mosra Energy Quality Systems

Requirements
Desired Experience / Qualification:

• Degree / HND in Chemistry or its equivalent
• 3 - 4 years of experience in previous cool sampling and testing laboratory
• Coal sampling sample preparation, analysis and reporting experience are essential
• Coal beneficiation experience wil be an added advantage
• Ability to work shift work and roasters
• Strong communication skills
• The ability to work in a team environment
• The ability to meet tight deadines
• Previous coal sampling and testing experience (highly regarded).
