We are recruiting to fill the position of:
Job Title: Warehouse Stock Controller
Reports to: Warehouse Head
Locations: Ibese (Ogun State) & Obajana (Kogi State)
Department: Materials Management
Job Summary
- Responsible for ensuring that all the items in the warehouse are located in the right location and in good condition and always keep the warehouse safe and clean.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Implement the issuing and receiving process physically and record transaction on the system
- Implement the P.M processes for the items (rotate motor shafts; grease the fabricated metal items etc.)
- Arrange the items in the warehouse to be easily handled and found and ensure that the warehouse is clean and safe
- Prepare the yearly and monthly physical count (complete physical count) and help in some reports to the warehouse section head
- Prepare the inventory reports
- Ensure that all activities are handled in line with safety regulations.
Education
- B.Sc/HND in any field of Engineering or any related field
- Knowledge & Specific Experience
- 2 - 4 years in related field.
Technical Skills:
- Good knowledge of ERP(Enterprise resource planning) system
- Computer knowledge is a MUST
- English language is a MUST
- Interpersonal & Management Skills
- Communication skills
