Solid Rock Hospital (Medical and Dental clinic) is a privately owned and an ultra-modern Hospital with 26 beds located at No. 6 Akinsanya Street Ojodu Lagos. The Hospital was founded on June 21, 1992. It is fully registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission with Registration number: RC. 219842. We offer both Medical and Dental Services to our clients. Among the services offers include but not limited to; surgeries, General medical services, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, immunization, Family planning, ENT, orthopaedic, Children intensive care services, comprehensive dental care services, inpatient care services, Paediatrics, Ultrasound services / ECG, Emergency services, Ambulance services, Dietetics, Laboratory services etc.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Locum Pharmacy Technician

Location: Ojodu Berger, Lagos
Employment Type: Temporary
Duration: 3 Months

Responsibilities

  • Taking proper stock and audit of drugs in the pharmacy.
  • Dispensing of drugs for inpatients and outpatients.
  • Filling and labeling of medical containers.
  • Proper dispensing of all medications.
  • Checking of all prescriptions for errors, ensuring they are appropriate and safe for the individual patient
  • Provide advice on the dosage of medicines and the most appropriate form of medication, which could be by tablet, injection, ointment or inhaler.
  • Maintaining of sufficient stock of all needed medications etc.

Requirements

  • OND qualification.
  • Full registration with PCN (Pharmacists Council of Nigeria).
  • At least 1 year working experience.
  • Must be IT savvy and must be able to work with EMR.
  • Ability to work well with others.
  • Good attention to details.
  • Must reside close to or around Ojodu,Ogba,Ikeja (Lagos.)
