Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Description

• Canvas for new clients by visiting prospective building sites and projects.
• Setting up a strategy to find new prospects and sales leads and converting them into paid customers
• Communicating with current and potential clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
• Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.

Requirements & Skills

• High School Degree
• Proven experience in sales and marketing in building construction sector (minimum of 5 years). (Past experience in marketing tiles or paints or other building materials direct to projects)
• Should have a database of construction companies & architects previously networked.
• Good understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
