Job Title: Team Lead (MFB)
Locations: Abuja (FCT), Lagos, Akure - Ondo and Oshogbo - Osun
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reporting: Branch Head
Department: Sales / Marketing
Key Tasks
- Drive vigorously the deposit mobilization activities & initiatives of the bank.
- Ensure products & services adequately meet the target market needs and the Sales & Marketing Team is adequately trained to achieve its target & deliver quality.
- Coordinate products promotional activities & events and ensure adherence to Bank and product guidelines.
- Work continuously on deposits and loan products to adapt them to potentially increasing competition, or customer demands,
- Make sure Bank products meet the Banks business strategy & profitability requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- B.Sc Degree or HND in any discipline.
- Higher Qualification / certification is added advantage
- Minimum of 3 years working in a similar role and environment.
- Ideal candidate must be self motivated, mentally agile, innovative, accurate & detailed oriented with great communication skills.
- Also, the candidate must have solid grasp of inbound marketing and Microfinance or commercial bank Experience.
Salary
N120,000 – N160,000 / Month.
