Job Description

• First impressions are everything! As a Receptionist, you will take care of gust from the momment of their arrival through through their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

Job Details

• Greet, check-in, respond to request and settle accounts
• Take initiative to add a personalized experience
• Proudly promote the hotel facilities ,looking for opportunities to enhance a guest's stay through up-selling.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with at least 3 years work experience.
• Service focused personality
• Prior experience working with hotel software
• Fluency in English
• Male candidates preferred.

Salary
N40,000 monthly.
