Job Title: Business Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced Business Manager to lead and oversee the work of employees in our Organization.
• Ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of business operations as well as setting strategic goals for the future.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and identifying new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets
• Establishing the company’s goals and objectives
• Performing regular employee evaluations to determine areas of improvement
• Designing and implementing Business strategies and plans to meet the company goals
• Developing a comprehensive company budget and performing periodic budget analysis
• Ensuring all company activities adhere to legal guidelines and policies
• Assessing overall company performance
• Design work schedules and organize employee training
• Ensuring that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities.

Requirements

• B.Sc / BA in Business Management or relevant field; M.Sc / MA will be a plus
• At least 3 years relevant work experience.
• Proven experience as business manager or relevant role
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases and information systems
• Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques
• Age: 33 years and above
• Sex: Male.
