Job Summary

• Our client is currently recruiting for an ideal candidates who will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategy. Must have a strong marketing background with proven track records excellent negotiating skills and attention to detail.

Job Description

• Source for new investors and expansion of portfolios from new and existing clients
• Evaluate structure, negotiate, and close new transactions, portfolio restructurings, rescheduling, capital increases, equity sales, etc.
• ·Present, promote and sell products/services to prospective customers/ clients
• Initiate strategies to sell and increase the Company’s revenue and brand value;
• Relationship management of existing and new investors.
• Develop a strong pipeline of good quality investment opportunities.
• Ensuring that the investments are liquidated upon maturity or push clients for further roll-over.
• Use negotiation skills to overcome impasses and finalize negotiations in straight forward transactions.
• Works with senior staff to develop a strong pipeline of good quality investment opportunities.
• Notification to investors on updated rates and policies.
• Maintenance of investor’s mandates and attending to investors needs promptly.
• To present a weekly report for Management use.
• Any other duties as assigned by the management.
• Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years' experience in marketing both in financials, investment and real estate
• Strong marketing background (Female preferably for gender Balance)
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Able to successfully raise funds from institutional investors or high net worth individuals.
• Must have a strong and high network of individuals and corporate investors to participate in project financing.
• Proven track record in previous Marketing roles.
• Excellent Negotiating skills.
• Strong sense of professionalism, integrity, sound judgment, and tact.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality. 

Remuneration
N150,000 - N250,000 / month + Commission.
