Job Summary

• The Storekeeper is charged with all activities that pertain to ensuring that goods in the warehouse are in perfect condition and issued to customers in a timely manner and in compliance with operating procedures and standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintaining the warehouse and oversee the daily inspection of goods
• Ensure swift supply of goods to customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Supervise the loading and offloading of goods.
• Documentation of new supplies and accurate stock taking.

Requirements
Qualification and Skills:

• 1+ year of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or record keeping
• Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management
• Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment
• Analytical mind with ability to make accurate mathematical computations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management
• Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time
