Harmony Advanced Diagnostic Centre (HADC), a state-of-the-art modern healthcare facility with a mission to ensure the consistent provision of reliable comprehensive diagnostic and allied healthcare services, was commissioned in December, 2012. It is a sole investor enterprise of the Kwara State Government (KWSG).

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Kwara

Responsibilities

• Will serve as an interface between the clients and all the departments in the facility
• Will ensure the customer has a smooth experience while at the facility
• Answering questions about HADC’S services.

The Person

• Must have Bachelor's Degree or HND in any course but preferably Anatomy
• Must have a pleasant disposition, courteous and smart
• Must be professional
• Must be patient
• Must be have people’s first attitude.
