Job Description
- Achieve regional business goals by finding, developing prospective clients in the allocated region and strengthen the business
- Leading a team of marketing responsible for lead generation and conversion & achieving the monthly team target.
- Responsible for strong regional & market execution to accomplish sales and profit targets and monitoring business results of the area.
- Devise marketing strategies to achieve the regional sales target.
- Ideate marketing techniques to gain new clients and maintain the relations by reaching out to them, proactively assessing their needs and promoting company portfolio.
- Participate in commercial negotiations for key projects to ensure that regional business objectives are met.
- Effectively manage a team while guiding and leading them to achieve the departmental goals.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / B.Eng / M.Eng qualification with 6 - 10 years work experience.
- Candidates with experience in Engineering Machinery/Heavy Equipment Machinery (Mobile Crane/Tower Crane and Concrete) industry will be preferred, Familiarity with local region
- Skills: Lead Generation, Customer Relations, Marketing Strategies, Negotiation, Team Management
- Driving license required.
Salary
N170,000 - N570,000 monthly
