We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Ticketer

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Report To: General Manager
Industry: Transportation

Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will (but not limited to):

• Able to make accurate bookings for customers.
• Calculate expenses and write and sell tickets to the passengers.
• Help passengers by answering questions on travel arrangements.
• Help passengers to plan for their trips.
• Help to make and confirm reservations.
• Provide good customer service.
• Re-book tickets and other arrangements.
• Explain applicable fees and taxes for each ticket.

Requirements

• Graduate qualification in any discipline with at least 1 year work experience.
• Previous experience working as a ticketing officer or related position, preferably in a transport company.
• Close proximity to Utako and its environs.
