Job Title: Head of Operations (FINTECH)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Collaborating with executives in the team on the business strategy
• Creating policies that are consistent with the overall strategy
• Coordinating customer service operations and look for ways to enhance customer retention
• Ensuring compliance with local and international laws (e.g. data protection)
• Supervising the implementation of technology solutions across the organization
• Assessing risk and directing quality assurance efforts
• Overseeing expenses and budgeting in order to assist the organization in maximising costs and benefits.
• Mentoring and motivating teams to achieve productivity and engagement
• Reporting on operational performance and putting forward improvements

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Master's Degree / MBA qualification in Management or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in high demanding positions (operations, consulting, investment banking, etc.).
• Possess innovative and strategic policy formulation skills
• Excellent leadership skills.
