About the Job

• The Head of Business Development will be responsible for improving efficiency and increasing departmental profits while managing the Company's overall operations.

Resposibilities

• Ensuring the Company is operating securely and efficiently.
• Monitoring and projecting staff needs.
• Develop and monitor performance benchmarks for different departments.
• Develop and implement growth strategies.
• Research and identify Growth opportunities
• Manage and Motivate staff.

Qualifications

• A Degree in Business Management or a related field is required.
• 5-7 years of proven work experience in Business and General Management.
• Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Great Organization skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Highly Proactive.
• Sufficient Knowledge of different business functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Must reside within Lekki and environs.
