Job Title: Guest Relations Officer

Responsibilities

• Attend to guest's enquiries
• Ensure guests are happy and satisfied
• Project friendly attitude to guests
• Ensure exceellent service delivery
• Carry out others responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND with minimum of 3 years work experience.
