Job Title: Admin / HR Officer

Job Duties / Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Administrative Duties:
- Supervise and manage all day-to-day office administrative activities.
- Fully Handling Setting up new Office & Office Shifting in a new location.
- Ensure prompt Payments of utility bills, Printing, and timely restocking of Stationery.
- Updating Assets List of the company.
- Monitoring Facilities and infrastructure of the office
- Monitoring and Coordinating with Travel Agencies for Airlines & Railway bookings, Hotel bookings & Car arrangements for employees & guests.
- Accomplish staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor the Provision of supplies by identifying needs for reception, and kitchen; establish policies, procedures, and work schedules.
- Provide communication systems by identifying needs; evaluating options; maintaining equipment; approving invoices.
- Monitor the Purchase of materials by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery; approving invoices.
- Monitoring Results for special projects by coordinating information and requirements
- Provide historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
- Achieve financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures; monitoring costs; analyzing variances.
- Maintain continuity among corporate division, and local work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; benchmarking professional standards; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Human Resource Duties:
- Providing accurate and timely support to the HR functions through a range of administrative activities
- Supporting with the production of reports and management information to inform HR activity and reporting requirements.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events and maintain agendas for the HR department as a whole;
- Update and maintain employee payroll, benefits, employment status, and similar records
- Perform file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained
- Contribute to the revision and continuous improvement ofHR policies/procedures for staff management
- Schedule management conferences with employees; hear and resolve employee grievances; counsel employees and supervisors.
- Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Maintain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; kept past and current records.
- Coordinate and ensure strict adherence to Organizational culture by staff.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Maintain a staff attendance register and analyze the same monthly.
- Maintain continuity among corporate division, and local work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Other Duties as required by Management.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 4 - 7 years work experience.
