Job Title: Software Developer (Advanced Level)

Job Descriptions
- Prospective candidates would be responsible for the complete life cycle of a new/existing software product in terms of development, from research and design to implementation, training and support.
- You will be responsible for the replacement of a whole system based on the specifications provided by the CTO and IT analyst, but often you'll work with software developed by Rom-Flex, modifying it and integrating it.
- The skill in this is creating the code to link the systems together.
You'll also be responsible for:
- Reviewing current systems
- Presenting ideas for system improvements, including cost proposals
- Working closely with analysts, designers and staff
- Producing detailed specifications and writing the programme codes
- Testing the product in controlled, real situations before going live
- Preparation of training manuals for users
- Maintaining the systems once they are up and running
Desired Skills and Experience
- Server Side Scripting in PHP
- Grounded knowledge in HTML (from HTML 4.x to HTML 5)
- Javascript knowledge especially using jQuery framework
- Object Oriented Designing and Modeling
- Database Modeling and Design
- Grounded knowledge in SQL scripting
- Experience in a PHP Framework (Zend Framework most preferably)
- Ability to work on a tight deadline
- Good inter-personal relationship
- Knowledge in web technologies
- Good attention to details
