Job Title: Administrative Assistant Procurement

Location:
Akwa Ibom State

Overall Job Function
  • Will provide administrative support to the Procurement and Supply Chain Management Activities.
  • Manage prioritization and timely replies to e-mails, responding on behalf of Director of Finance, Procurement Officer & Supply Chain Management Advisor as appropriate.
  • Track all correspondence to ensure requested responses are returned in a timely manner.
  • Ensure technical and administrative support is provided to staff and vendors as needed.
Minimum Recruitment Standard
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum of 1years of experience supporting Finance and Administrative Managers in an administrative support capacity in a Non -Governmental Organization.
Remuneration
  • The position advertised is full time. ECEWS has a competitive compensation package.
