Paradigm Finance is a digitally enabled finance company in Nigeria that provides finance to mass and middle-income employees and structured businesses in selected markets. It was licensed in 2017 by the Central Bank Of Nigeria(CBN) and has witnessed steady business growth over the years.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Telesales Executive

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid work model)

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform and sell PFL products and services.
• Answer questions about PFL products or the company
• Engage customers to understand client needs and close sales
• Maintain great customer relationships for increased brand equity
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Take and process client orders in an accurate manner
• Handle grievances and objections to preserve the company’s reputation
• Meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
• Document and report customer feedback

Requirements

• Min. of a Bachelor's Degree
• 1 year proven experience in financial services and similar roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially excel
• Excellent interpersonal Skills
• Working knowledge of local languages is an added advantage.

Salary
N70,000 net monthly (Plus commissions on sales).
