Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Location: Lagos (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer
Travels: Traveling on a need or job requirement basis

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• The warehouse lead will build and develop the warehouse operations team.
• Onboard clients, warehouses and manage the warehouse team.
• Formulate warehousing policy, create systems with a regular report and daily tracking of warehouse data
• Liaise and negotiate with clients, warehouse owners and transport companies.
• Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the warehouse and logistics teams.
• Recommending strategic plans and reviews in order to achieve warehouse operational objectives.
• Amazing negotiation and communication skills.
• Have a data-driven analytical mindset (great Excel skills are a must)
• Analyze metrics and implement ideas to improve operational and financial metrics.
• We are a data-driven startup, so a good knowledge of the tech startup ecosystem is needed - management and analytics.

Eligibility Criteria

• Considerable industry experience .
• Minimum of 3 years’ of work experience.
• Minimum of a Graduate Degree from a top university i.e Covenant university.
• Understanding of current logistics trends.
• Strong data and technology skills.
