They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales / Customer Representative

Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customersusing solid negotiations skills
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Respond to incoming calls by providing customers with answers, making offerings and pitching the business products
  • Participate in upselling, cross selling, suggestive selling, bundling etc
  • Source for new business leads through cold calling
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members,departments, to drive business growth and increase customer base
  • Submitting and processing orders to ensure customers receive the products or services they request on time.
  • Negotiating with leads and using persuasion techniques to overcome objections and landing deals that are beneficial to the company, while also providing customers with optimal value.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitiveactivities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices, industry eventsand promotional trends

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a core sales/marketing and customer facing role
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skill
  • Matured mindset, smart, efficient and goal oriented
  • Must be tech savvy and proficiently use Microsoft office tools
  • Highly efficient, good interpersonal, negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Target oriented with strong business acumen
  • Must be smart and have good sense of dressing
  • Female Preferrably (between 28 - 32years)

Work hours:

  • Mondays to Fridays (8:00am - 5:00pm), Saturdays (9am - 1pm).

Remuneration
N120,000 / Month plus Commission of 3% on sales (Earn up to 500,000 as commission)
