Account Manager at a Real Estate Development Company

A Real Estate Development Company in Nigeria is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Account Manager

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• General accounting tasks, including reconciling and maintaining balance sheet accounts and general ledger operations
• Ensure all expenses are within assigned project budget and verify the completeness of all required supporting documentation for all payments vouchers
• Prepare payments, bank transfers and do the bank transactions
• Identify and resolve invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies and other financial related issues
• Prepare staff payroll administrations, including fringe benefit computations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management or a related field
• 5-8 years experience in Accounting
• Professional Qualification such as ICAN, ACCA is an added advantage
• Advanced use of Microsoft Word & Excel Knowledge of accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks e.t.c
