Requirements

• Applicants must possess a Bachelor's, Master's and Ph.D Degree in Food Science and/ Technology or Postharvest Technology.
• Evidence of registration and progress report on Ph.D. Degree is required for Lecturer II position.
• Evidence of peer reviewed scholarly publications in reputable outlets is required for the applicants.
• Applicants must be competent to teach and conduct research in Food processing, Food product development, Food chemistry and Food Microbiology and Food Quality Control and Safety, Food plant Design, Food Machinery, Food Processing Engineering.
• The evidence of belonging to a Professional body will be an added advantage.

Salary Scale
Lecturer II: CONUASS 3.
Lecturer I: CONUASS 4.
