We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Pattern Maker (Product Developer)

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

General Description

• The product developer will be part of the entire development process, which includes transforming initial design into a viable commercial product,assisting with both material selection and sourcing.
• The Primary responsibility of the product developer is to create prototypes for the production team to produce samples and begin mass production from the design.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product Development Lead to execute collections and concepts.
• Convert sketches into production-ready samples (prototypes).
• Source materials and haberdashery from vendors and suppliers to meet product requirements.
• Ensure prototypes meet the highest standards of production techniques and quality.
• Train production team on the execution of new designs.
• Suggest changes to current product lines to improve production processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Product Design, Fashion Merchandising or related field.
• Industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Pattern making
• Grading
• Sewing
• Tech Pack Development
