Job Description
- Formulating, planning, and designing drug, home and personal care products from concept to finish.
- Making improvement and modification to current processes.
- Performing chemical experiments with the aim of testing various products and substances to draw conclusions in terms of product viability and replicability.
- Recommend product modifications and process improvements.
- Ensuring conformance to regulatory requirements applied in personal care products such as cosmetics, fragrances, and toiletry.
- Using design models to develop manufacturing processes.
- Examine production samples visually or manually to verify properties such as clarity cleanliness, consistency humidity and texture.
- Partnering with Supply Chain to provide technical support to drive quality and value improvement in products and process.
Educational Requirements / Experience
- BSc in Biological & Physical Sciences.
- 5 Years ‘minimum experience on Practical research, factory, or laboratory work operations.
