We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accounts Payable

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Maintain an up-to-date billing system and generate and send out invoices.
• Follow up on, collect, and allocate payments. carry out billing, collection, and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
• Perform account reconciliations and monitor customer account details for non-payments delayed payments and other irregularities
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies and maintain accounts receivable customer files and records

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Accounting or related field
• Functional Knowledge of ERP Software is essential
• 5 years of related experience in a B2B/ B2C or an FMCG Sector.
• Functional knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
• Good communication skills.

Salary
N120,000 - N180,000 gross monthly.
