Job Title: Marketing & Communications Lead

Job Description

• Draft concept papers, Expressions of Interests (EOIs) and proposals to close partnerships
• Manage the identification and preparation of pursuit of new business opportunities with government, high-net worth individuals and corporate institutions.
• Identify special projects and harness strategic partnership opportunities, campaigns, services, and distribution channels in order to grow Shecluded’s business revenue across Nigeria
• Develop communication materials including capacity statements, program information and fact sheets, and presentations.
• Respond to and follow up on leads, tenders, partnership enquiries using the appropriate methods and professionalism
• Build and grow funding relationships with government, high-net worth individuals and corporate institutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and execute business initiatives, lead analysis and develop and communicate final recommendations for growing partner relationships
• Develop and manage reporting and financial tracking of strategic partnership activities
• Contribute at least NGN1,000,000 in sales in any of the products such as loans, insurance, business hub or transact
• Review Communications and Marketing Strategy document and create a fresh guide and SOP.

Requirements

• B.Sc or Master's in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing or Public Relations
• Experience in social media marketing & graphic design utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud
• 5+ years’ experience in similar role
• Experience in a Fintech company is a plus
• Ability to write strategic plans, marketing and content plans
• Experience in media buying, quoting and production co-ordination
• Expertise in Wordpress, or similar website management applications
• Expertise in MailChimp or similar newsletter applications
• Ability to develop timelines and budgets
• Experience producing events and meetings
• Knowledge of Waldorf education, values and principles
