We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operation Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties / Responsibilities

  • Track all leads and support the sales process till conversion.
  • Ensure compliance with company policy for all departments.
  • Listen to customer requirements and interact effectively to increase patronage/Client satisfaction.
  • Feed future corporate policy trends back to management.
  • Work with Marketing department on Lead conversion and client retention.
  • Develop and maintain a strong positive customer relationship, help drive brand advocacy and provide customer support for company products and services.
  • Perform regular project audits to identify and correct design discrepancies and ensure excellence in service delivery.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, address and resolve customers' complaints in a professional manner.
  • Allocate incoming tasks to the necessary departments and track progress till completion.
  • Ensure an ongoing learning culture leading to an in-depth knowledge of company processes and services so as to professionally and confidently provide advice or recommendations and respond to all clients' inquiries when needed
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Communicate with customers through various channels. (Emails, WhatsApp, Calls, Text etc.).
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 2 - 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Previous experience in Project Management and Business management will be an added advantage.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly
