Job Title: Recruiter (Outsourcing)

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• We are looking for a recruiter who is willing to design and implement recruitment plans and strategies to meet staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Screen candidate's resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
• Onboard and manage outsourced employees across various client companies
• Trains and mentors newly outsourced employees for them to be fully integrated into the job
• Visit Client Company for interviews when need arises
• Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc Degree in any field of study
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference, etc)
• Displays excellent interpersonal and communication skills when conducting interviews with clients during the recruitment process.
• Displays proficiency when handling relationship management responsibilities with client company.
